How it works for investors

2. Choose an Investment Opportunity

Each investment is structured as an equity offering in a legal entity (e.g., a Limited liability company company or another eligible business structure).
3. Make an Investment Commitment
Decide how much you want to invest (subject to minimum investment requirements).

Transfer funds easily to complete your investment.
4. Investment Processing & Confirmation
The platform facilitates the transaction but does not manage the company or investment itself.
